In case you have not heard... we deep fried chocolate pastry cream yesterday!
YUMMM :) It was a really pretty dessert and I loved the textural contrast between the fried pastry cream and coconut tembleque along with the crisp coconut "curls".

couldn't seem to get enough and were even adding to our plate... :)
