More Pleaseeeee!

In case you have not heard... we deep fried chocolate pastry cream yesterday! YUMMM :) It was a really pretty dessert and I loved the textural contrast between the fried pastry cream and coconut tembleque along with the crisp coconut "curls".


Fried chocolate pastry cream, coconut tembleque (congealed coconut milk) chocolate sauce and coconut crisp garnish.

The thing is... Jaime and I couldn't seem to get enough and were even adding to our plate... :)
